One of the things that truly amazes me over the years is the vast number of options available in the stationery world. Since I’ve started doing more physical journaling in the past year, I’ve discovered way too many, and now I’m here to be a no good, very bad fabulous influence for today’s freebie Top Ten Tuesday.
(I debated between this and a post about how my journaling style has changed, but I had a list already started, so here we are.)
Like I’ve mentioned in my 2025 Stationery Faves (So Far) post earlier this year, I encourage you to use what you already have rather than getting what everyone else is getting. But if you’re ever in need of ideas or want to try out some new small businesses and have the means to do so, hopefully you’ll find something that you like! This probably would’ve been better off posted a week or two earlier, but alas. There’s always next year. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
TheCoffeeMonsterzCo (TCMC)
TCMC was one of my first online stationery stores, so I think it’ll always have a soft spot in my heart even though I’ve started to venture out a little. Plus, Clo was the one who introduced me to Helen’s works. TCMC has adorable washi tapes and stickers that are absolutely relatable, and I generally check this first because chances are there’s a sticker sheet I can use.
I will say their washi tapes and accessories tend to be sold out, but they’re also one of the most well-known stationery businesses in the planning community. I usually get my washi tapes when Helen has them up for pre-order (if you’re willing to wait!) or from a third-party seller (if I’m absolutely desperate for a particular one and want to pay more… and Clo doesn’t have it already to send me a swatch). My favorite accessory is hands down the brass clips (I love they don’t have teeth that bite into the paper) and the plastic file folders (they feel so durable and I love that Helen’s intentionally added a built-in spine for bulk).
Moody Cat Studios
As much as I love the blobs of TCMC (and the blobs from the next one on this list), I also feel like I see them everywhere (no hate to the blobs at all!). I wanted to diversify my options, so I’ll occasionally go through a shop’s tagged posts on Instagram to see what other shops I can discover – Moody Cat Studios was one of those! Tieumi has some of the most relatable die-cut stickers and her shop has quickly become one of the shops I check for sticker sheets I can use in my journaling.
I saw the screaming cat sticker sheet (in the second below) she had and had to get it. I seem to want to scream a lot internally these days…

Once More With Love (OMWL)
OMWL is another shop of my go-tos when it comes to sticker sheets, and I discovered Margaret’s shop when well… you probably guessed it: snooping on the posts TCMC has been tagged in on Instagram. I think what really won me over was her “This is Fine” washi tape, though. It’s the most gloriously beautiful washi tape I’ve ever seen (and I absolutely broke my No Buy for it earlier this year 😅), and unfortunately pretty apt to the current happenings.
PaperEchoes
I came across PaperEchoes when I was searching for clear A5 and B6 planner covers that were cute on Lauren Phelps Designs and immediately fell in love with Michelle’s art – especially Sushi the Cat and Sugar Bun the Bunny (I love cats and bunnies, though, so I’m probably biased).
PaperEchoes is another shop I check for sticker sheets; however, she doesn’t have as much as TCMC or Moody Cat Studios does that I use, so I tend to check hers when I’m looking for die-cut stickers. Her die-cut stickers bring me so much joy, and I honestly want to adopt Sushi and Sugar Bun.
JetPens*
JetPens might not be my go-to for stickers, but they are the absolute OG in stationery and my go-to when I need a pen refill or am searching for a niche stationery-related item. It’s a pretty dangerous place for me, honestly, considering they have a low free shipping threshold for US-based folks, but nowhere near as dangerous as Michael’s which is literally on my way home from work (there’s this poor unfortunate fineliner that gets used way too much in my journaling so it tends to get pushed in over time since I also have a habit of writing a little too hard).
*This one is kind of not like the others. 😂

STICKII cLUB
I mentioned STICKII in my stationery post earlier this year as my go-to for sticker sheets since I’m not a fan of planner stickers nor do I use them (and there are a lot of stores that sell those together; if your budget is limited and you get your stuff from a big box store or drugstore, then you know exactly what I mean), but I wanted to feature them again with this post!
STICKII is known for their monthly subscription with three themed packs you can choose from (Pop, Vintage and Cute), but they also sell the stickers individually and have other stationery assortments as well. They provide spoilers of their packs each month, and I personally feel they share enough spoilers that give me an idea of whether I want to skip for the month or switch to another pack entirely. They also release Advent Calendars for Halloween and Christmas, which I opted to get the Christmas one this year since it comes with a really cute binder that I want to use to organize my stickers after they’re all open.
The subscription price ($12 + shipping, so I pay about $13.50 a month when I’m not skipping) is pretty affordable for the content you get (IMO): 7 sticker sheets and 3 stationery items varying from stickers to mini notebooks, stamps, notepads, etc. All of them are placed in an A5 insert so you can keep them in a binder, though personally I take them out and keep the sheets in a separate organizer that I got from them so I have them all in one place. The items all feature indie artists, and they don’t use AI or work with AI artists, which I personally love.
Meow Amor Creative
Meow Amor Creative is the most recent stationery shop discovery of mine. I frankly don’t remember how I discovered it (probably from snooping on Instagram tags), but I’m so glad Cynthia’s shop came into my life. I love how cats are integrated in all of her designs, and I especially love the play on words in the shop name.
I think outside of TCMC and Create with Pen, Meow Amor Creative might come in next with how many washi tapes I have from her.
Unicorn Eclipse
My discovery of Unicorn Eclipse is a bit of a strange one compared to the rest on this list: I found them while searching for those clean/dirty dishwasher magnets and I really liked the designs they had. Then, in true nosy form, I looked around their site and discovered they had stationery, decided they were very much my style, and the rest is history. 😂
They’re not my regular go-tos and I’ve honestly only placed one order. However, I do love their whimsical and magical vibes, and I feel like they would be one of the first places I look when I do want a whimsical or magical vibe or notepad. They recently released hardcover dotted journals and they’re absolutely gorgeous, so if my Sterling Ink daily planner doesn’t work out and I go back to my regular A5 notebooks, I’m probably going to buy all the notebooks from them (not at once, tempting as that is!) after I use the 2-4 that I have left.
More Shops!
While the list above only includes shops I regularly get items from, I also wanted to list a few additional shops I stop by once in a while or ones I do stop by regularly but are planning on closing down. I’ve also included shops where I like getting one set of items but might avoid getting others for various reasons (usually not my vibes rather than a negative experience!).
- Yoseka Stationery (Like JetPens, they sell other stationery-related things!)
- Create with Pen
- Ellen’s Journals
- SumLilThings
- Poroful (They only have stickers but also have pins, keychains and other non-stationery things; you can see two of the stickers on my Five Year Diary in the first pic below!)
- Sterling Ink (Best known for their Common Planner)

Final Thoughts
2025 was the year for discovering stationery shops for me (I think TCMC, Poroful and JetPens might be the only ones on this list that weren’t entirely new), though this list is definitely smaller than its sister post from earlier this year! There’re plenty of others that I’ve discovered, but I left them off since they’re not my style and therefore I have made no purchases from them (and I’d feel pretty weird doing that in the case someone asks about my experience with them), so I didn’t include them.
But hopefully you’ve found some new shops to support if you’re looking for new stationery! And if you have some favorites you want me to check out, you should definitely let me know as it’s the price I should pay for being a terrible influence. 👀

Hannah has a penchant for chaos, which is probably how she ended up blogging since 2012. That, and she was probably too expressive for her parents to handle, so it had to go somewhere. She can be found occasionally at The Arts STL. If you’d like to fuel her boba addiction or just enjoy her posts and want to support her, stop by her KoFi or Buy Me a Coffee!

You have so many pretty options here!
